Team Development

Lynne uses her understanding of behaviour and how people interact to help teams develop more effective ways of communicating and problem solving, typically using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator as a tool to help team members better understand themselves and their team colleagues.

Her approach to team development would typically involve the team taking the MBTI assessment, followed by feedback. She would design a bespoke one or two day programme for the team, so that their particular needs were addressed. This might include clarity around goals, handling conflict, managing change, or interacting with other teams. The outcome of the programme would be an action plan, so that the team is clear about the steps they need to take in moving forward.
