Action Learning Programmes

Shared learning is becoming increasingly well-recognised as an effective way of helping people to develop. Lynne is experienced in facilitating groups using an action learning approach to help group members achieve their individual development goals. Typically this might involve 6 group members who meet with Lynne on a regular basis (for example every 4 to 6 weeks) to support each others’ learning on particular competencies.

The safe yet challenging environment that is created enables participants to explore and experiment, using the experience and support of the group as a resource to help them to reach their development goals.
