In coaching I aim to help my clients identify and remove barriers to successful performance and increase personal effectiveness at work.

Lynne’s extensive experience in coaching enables her to build rapport quickly with clients, which is an essential part of the coaching relationship, whilst not losing sight of the importance of paying attention to both individual and organisational goals.

She has a successful track record in coaching middle and senior managers up to Board level in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.

She works with clients on a wide range of issues, such as:

  • assertiveness
  • interpersonal style

She has developed strategies for using Emotional Intelligence for management and team development, and assesses and coaches both individuals and teams in this area.
