Lynne’s background in counselling, training and development in organisations, higher education and consultancy enables her to draw on a variety of approaches when working with clients. She has a high level of interpersonal skills, and her counselling and coaching training ensures that she places great emphasis on her relationship with her clients. She has worked as an independent business psychologist for the last 14 years.

Her qualifications include:

  • MSc in Organisational Behaviour, Birkbeck College, University of London
  • MA in Coaching and Mentoring Practice, Oxford Brookes University
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching Supervision, Oxford Brookes University

She holds Level A and Intermediate Level B Certificates in Occupational Testing with the British Psychological Society, and is qualified specifically in FIRO Element B, MBTI, OPQ, Motivation Questionnaire, 16PF5 and the Emotional Competence Inventory 360 (Hay McBer).

Lynne is a member of a number of professional associations, including:

  • The Psychometrics Forum
  • The Association for Coaching
  • The Association of Professional Executive Coaches and Supervisors

She is also a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society and a Principal Member of the Association of Business Psychologists.
